Meet Our Leader
Barry T. Leonard, CPA, MSA, MBA
Barry has over 25 years of financial management experience. He has held various positions of leadership throughtout a multitude of industries. These posts include Senior Auditor, Director of Finance, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial & Operating Officer. In addition , Mr. Leonard is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps in which he proudly served. After his tour of duty, he matriculated to the Boston University School of Management where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting degree. Subsequently, Barry obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance degree from the Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management. Most recently, Mr. Leonard obtain his Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. Mr. Leonard is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Barry is very involved in community outreach providing mentoring to several young men in this area. He served as Finance Chairman of the Elders Council at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Inc. in Greensboro, NC for several years. He currently serves Word of Life Tabernable, Inc. in High Point, NC as a strategic consultant to the Pastor. Barry spends his "free" time with his lovely wife, Tracie and their two boys William (16) and Elias (12).
